Portarlington Golf Club is indebted to Michael Moore for his ongoing sponsorship of the trophy which bears his name.

Michael is a long time member of the club and held the post  of Captain in 1997 and Club President in 2008.

He is widely respected in both business and  social circles and is a major supporter of activities in the club.

2018 marks the 30th Anniversary of this hugely successful and widely valued Interclub competition
